The Adams Building

The Adams Building is a thirteen-story, 53,000 square foot historic building in the center of Downtown Tulsa’s Art Deco District. It was originally constructed as a luxury hotel in 1928 by businessman Ike Mincks to welcome guests for Tulsa’s famous International Petroleum Expo, which took place the same year. The exterior is ornately ordained with exquisite terracotta detailing, harkening back to an electric mix of Art Deco, Neo-gothic, Italian Renaissance and Baroque influences. The lobby is embellished with colorful tiles, reflecting Spanish Colonial Revival themes.

We converted the building into 65 multi-family units plus retail space.

The Reunion Building

The Reunion Building is a ten-story historic building in the heart of Downtown Tulsa's Oil Capital Historic District. It was originally built in 1917 as the First National Bank of Tulsa, also known as “The Oilman’s Bank.” The bankers at First National wanted their home to be as grand as their clients’ aspirations, so architect E.A. Rush, who also designed the famed Atlas life Building and Tulsa’s first City Hall, finished the building’s lobby in marble and trimmed its high ceiling in gold. The original brass elevators still lead tenants to the building above the bank lobby, which includes the “Banker’s Boardroom,” designed by the famed architect Bruce Goff.

We converted the building into 80 multi-family units plus retail space.
